The £8.4m redevelopment project for Flintshire County Council has doubled the number of beds at Marleyfield House and increased communal outdoor spaces and accessibility for residents.
Each room has a personal outdoor space either through a balcony, completed with Vista glass balustrades to provide an unobstructed view, or a patio area.
Procured through the Scape framework, works continued during the global pandemic with innovative working practices introduced to ensure everyone’s safety on site.
